Compound testing and development
We have the possibility to define the parameters of a rubber compound for O-rings: hardness, compression set value, tensile strength, chemical and thermal obsolescence and ozone lastingness. The composition of a rubber compound for O-rings can be determined with TGA analysis and infra red spectroscopy.

Large batches of O-rings, flat rings, simple form parts, oil-retaining rings and plastic items up to 80 mm can be checked 1-on-1 with THEO' 100% control unit, assuring you 100% correct deliveries.
RoHS contains a list of restricted chemical substances that may only be used in electrical and electronic equipment if they are below the given maximum concentration values tolerated by weight in homogeneous materials.
